Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before shipment. Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery is 3–8 business days, depending on your location and carrier.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, high order volumes, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Returns & Refunds
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused.

The original outer packaging must remain sealed with the tamper-evident security sticker intact and unbroken.

The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please email help@noom.love with:
- Your order number.
- A clear photo showing that the outer packaging remains unopened and that the original security seal is intact.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and return instructions.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Can a bottle actually change the way we experience touch?

Shelf Life: 3 years from the date of manufacture. 12 months after opening.

Storage: Store at room temperature.

Natural Product Notice: Because this product is made with natural coconut oil, it may solidify in cold temperatures. If this occurs, warm the bottle with a hair dryer for a few seconds, place it near a heat source, or bring it into a warm shower. The warmth will restore its silky texture.
