Returns & Refunds
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused.
The original outer packaging must remain sealed, with the tamper-evident security sticker fully intact.
The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

A clear photo showing the unopened package and intact security seal.
If approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and return instructions.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
